FOOD PAIRING
Prosciutto di San Daniele and cured meats. Montasio and other fresh cheeses. Antipasti based on fish.
TASTING NOTES
Medium-bodied, with delicious aromas and flavors of mature pear and peach with a fresh mineral backbone and good acidity. Friulano is famous for its light hint of almond on the long finish.
It's fantastic. Dried peaches, pears and apples. Intense and very spicy. It has a bright color. Well done! It's fantastic. Beats the Chardonnay and the Sauvignon.
James Suckling, JamesSuckling.comStraw yellow colour, with golden reflections. Retronasale of brushwood, sage and pear. Intense and thick, but with a lively acidity that enhances the herbs and fruity scents. Final Sapid and persistent, with a hint of minerality. A great Friulan.
Ian D'agata, Vinous Media (vinousmedia.com)"A single vineyard of 70-year-old vines an a magnificently exposed hilltop yields an extreme example of our Friulano."

FOOD PAIRING
Great with foie gras and shellfish (scallops, shrimp and lobster, especially). Also with soft cheeses. Try it with spicy cuisines such as thai or vietnamese.
TASTING NOTES
Ripe and powerful on the nose, showing mature mandarin orange, melon and pear. Rich and dense on the palate with an immense finish and ripe, round fruit.
It's fantastic. It's like putting cloves, white pepper and peeled almonds in your mouth at the same time. A great wine. Full-bodied, hints of ripe fruit and a persistent and fruity finish. Fantastic and Electric. The best.
James Suckling, JamesSuckling.comThe 2012 Plus is bold, mature and bright, but with the shoulders wide enough to keep the intensity gracefully. Succulent apricot, orange blossom, mint, spices and honey bloom in the glass.
Antonio Galloni, Vinous Media (vinousmedia.com)It has a hint of marmalade and ripe fruit, sweet spices and botanical herbs. After it is fresh and juicy, with a good acidity that enhances the herbs and fruity scents. Final persistent and refined. It offers an extraordinary acid-sweet-fruity balance. This wine compets with the best white wines of Italy.
Ian D'agata, Vinous Media (vinousmedia.com)The Plus is another masterpiece. Generous tones of hazel fruit, marzipan almond, toasted hazelnut, honeysuckle and sweet apricots perfectly integrated, runs exceptionally smooth but equally rich and powerful. Dense texture and long persistence. It's never heavy or cloying. Daring, opulent and perfectly balanced.
